Meet Our Team

Ruthe and Vaughn “Tracy” Arnold founded Clean Sweep. Together they have built a company that has embraced innovation and diversity as part of the culture. They are both still active in Clean Sweep. They founded the company with one machine and the belief that there is a difference between hard work and working hard, but to be the best at both. They raised the business alongside their two daughters. They grew up on site, on the rigs, and learning the critical principles that have built the business.

Tracy Arnold
CEO

Tracy is the CEO and prides himself on being present on site. He is not only the owner and operator, but he is also the head of research and development. At this time, Clean Sweep has filed multiple patents that present unique solutions for your coating removal and hydrodemolition needs. Tracy grew up in the Bahamas and worked alongside his father in the sandblasting industry. In his twenties, he transitioned into the hydroblasting business. Tracy has worked in this industry for over 35 years, providing hands-on expertise in building and operating equipment as well as providing consulting services to others in the industry.

Michael Lifshitz
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

While most financial officers are confined to spreadsheets, Michael’s willingness to get his boots on the ground gives him a profound understanding of our operations. He knows firsthand what it takes to execute a project safely and efficiently. This unique operational insight allows him to make highly informed decisions regarding capital investments, fleet expansion, and resource allocation—ensuring that our crews always have the financial backing and top-tier equipment they need to succeed in the field.

In his role as CFO, Michael oversees all financial operations, from strategic forecasting and budget management to driving sustainable, long-term growth for CS. By expertly aligning our financial goals with our operational capabilities, he ensures that Clean Sweep Hydroblasting remains competitively priced, financially robust, and primed to take on national-scale projects. Kyle Horton
Director of Project & Equipment Logistics

Kyle is the backbone of Clean Sweep Hydroblasting’s (“CS”) field readiness and the master coordinator ensuring that our operations run seamlessly across the nation. Industrial hydroblasting (surface prep and coating removals) and hydro-demolition require absolute precision. He is responsible for matching the exact right equipment to each project’s unique specifications, overseeing the complex movement of our specialized hydroblasting fleet—from high-pressure pumps to automated tooling. By working hand-in-hand with our operations, sales, and maintenance teams, he ensures that every piece of machinery arrives on-site fully inspected, compliant, and ready to perform.

By optimizing these logistics, Kyle directly contributes to our track record of on-time project execution and zero-compromise safety standards.
