Meet Our Team
Ruthe and Vaughn “Tracy” Arnold founded Clean Sweep. Together they have built a company that has embraced innovation and diversity as part of the culture. They are both still active in Clean Sweep. They founded the company with one machine and the belief that there is a difference between hard work and working hard, but to be the best at both. They raised the business alongside their two daughters. They grew up on site, on the rigs, and learning the critical principles that have built the business.
Tracy is the CEO and prides himself on being present on site. He is not only the owner and operator, but he is also the head of research and development. At this time, Clean Sweep has filed multiple patents that present unique solutions for your coating removal and hydrodemolition needs. Tracy has worked in this industry for over 35 years. He grew up in the Bahamas sandblasting and got into this field in his twenties. He builds equipment and provides consulting services to others in the industry.
