Effective as of August 26, 2026.
CleanSweep Hydroblasting (“CleanSweep”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides industrial and commercial hydroblasting, hydrodemolition and surface preparation services. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information that we collect through cleansweephydroblasting.com and any other online property that links to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”), and through the enquiries, calls and marketing activities described below.
This Site is a business website. We do not sell products online, we do not offer user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Personal information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a contact or quote request form, call us, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide. That is typically your name, company, email address, phone number, the location or nature of the work, and anything else you write in the message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, the dates and times of your visits, and how you move through the Site. On the phone side, our call tracking provider records the number you called from, the number you dialled, and the date, time and duration of the call, so that we can connect a call back to the enquiry it came from.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or any other category treated as sensitive personal information under state privacy laws.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. A consent banner appears on your first visit and you can accept or decline. Declining stops the analytics and advertising cookies from being set and deletes any that are already present. You can reopen the banner at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer.
Our Cookie Notice lists exactly what runs on the Site, who receives the data, and how to control each item. In summary we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used, Google Ads remarketing so that our advertising can reach people who have already visited, and CallRail to route and attribute phone enquiries.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries and prepare quotes; to perform, schedule and invoice work; to communicate with you about a project; to understand how the Site is used and improve it; to advertise our services, including showing ads to people who have visited the Site; to keep the Site and our business secure and to detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and to comply with our legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
How we share personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We do use Google Ads remarketing, which involves sharing online identifiers with Google so that advertising can be directed to people who have visited the Site. Under some state privacy laws that activity is treated as “sharing” or as processing for “targeted advertising”. You can stop it by declining through our cookie banner, and we honor that choice.
Beyond that we share personal information only with:
Service providers who perform work on our behalf, including our website host and maintenance provider 561 Media Inc, our website firewall provider Sucuri, our analytics and advertising providers Google, and our call tracking provider CallRail. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
Professional advisors such as our accountants, insurers and attorneys, where reasonably necessary.
Authorities and other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law, or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of CleanSweep, our customers, our employees or the public.
A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to complete work, keep accurate accounting and tax records, and establish or defend legal claims. When it is no longer needed we delete it or retain it in a de-identified form. Retention periods vary depending on the type of record and the legal requirements that apply to it.
Your choices
Cookies and advertising. Decline through the consent banner on the Site, or use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer to change your mind. You can also opt out of Google’s advertising personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com, and block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Email and calls. If we contact you about your enquiry and you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how to respond to it, and we do not currently respond to it. The consent banner is the reliable way to control tracking on this Site.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, and to opt out of processing for targeted advertising. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will need to verify your identity before acting, which usually means confirming information you have already given us. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.
We do not use personal information for profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including a website firewall and encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
